An original set of eight D-Scan dining chairs in teak, dating to the 1960s to 1970s. The frames are well resolved, with tapered legs, curved backrests, and the quiet restraint associated with Danish modern work of the period.
The set includes two captains chairs with sculpted armrests, along with six side chairs. The teak presents a warm, even tone with visible natural grain. Upholstery has been professionally renewed in a sand coloured fabric chosen to sit calmly against the timber.
Condition is excellent vintage, with age appropriate signs of prior use. Joints are stable and the set has been inspected for structural soundness.
